1 Our Digital Services

IDD Recharge is an automated digital platform specializing in the instant delivery of game credits, telecommunication top-ups, and streaming subscriptions. We act as an independent distributor.

• All products provided on this platform are 100% digital. No physical goods will be shipped.
• We are not officially affiliated with or endorsed by the publishers of the games or platforms offered, unless explicitly stated.

2 User Responsibilities & Accuracy

As a user or API partner, you are fully and solely responsible for the data you provide during checkout.

• You must provide strictly accurate delivery data (e.g., Player ID, User ID, or Account Region).
• You must ensure the region of the product matches your account's region before finalizing the purchase.

Important: IDD Recharge cannot be held liable for failed deliveries or loss of funds resulting from typographical errors or incorrect Player IDs submitted by the user.

3 API Resellers & Developers

If you are integrating with the IDD Recharge API to resell our services on your own platform:

• You are responsible for mapping the correct Service IDs and parameters.
• Your account balance must be sufficient to process automated API requests.
• We reserve the right to temporarily suspend API access in the event of abnormal server requests, spam, or suspected abuse.

4 Pricing & Account Balances

All prices listed on the platform are subject to change based on market fluctuations, supplier rates, and global currency updates without prior notice. Once funds are deposited into your IDD Wallet, they can only be used to purchase digital goods and are strictly non-withdrawable to external bank accounts.

5 Strict Refund Policy

Due to the immediate and digital nature of our products, all completed sales are final.

Refunds to your website balance will only be granted if:

• The digital product is not delivered due to an internal system or API failure.
• The Player ID does not exist, causing our system to automatically reject the order.

Refunds will NOT be issued for "buyer's remorse", purchasing the wrong region, or third-party account bans unrelated to our service.

6 Fraud Prevention & Security

We maintain a zero-tolerance policy against financial fraud. Engaging in activities such as chargeback fraud, using stolen payment methods, or exploiting system vulnerabilities will result in immediate account termination, IP blacklisting, and reporting to relevant legal authorities.

7 Modifications to Terms

IDD Recharge reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in operational requirements or legal compliance. Continued use of the platform following any revisions constitutes your formal acceptance of the updated terms.
