How can I add funds to my account?

Do you offer API for resellers?

What if I enter the wrong Player ID?
Please double-check your Player ID before placing an order. Once a digital order is processed successfully to a specific ID, it cannot be reversed. However, if the ID does not exist, our system will detect the error, fail the order, and automatically refund the amount to your IDD balance.
Are my data and payments secure?

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are automatically issued to your website balance if an order fails or gets canceled by our system. Once a digital product (code or direct top-up) has been successfully delivered, it is considered consumed and is no longer eligible for a refund.
